About the Attorney
Mr. Rahim then attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas where he obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in May of 1999. In law school, Mr. Rahim wrote his thesis titled, "Piercing the Veil" which dealt with Muslim Matrimonial Law and its interpretation in U.S. Courts.
Mr. Rahim interned at Catholic Charities, a national non-profit agency and institution which provides vital social services, including immigration assistance to people in need, regardless of their religious, social, or economic backgrounds.
Mr. Rahim conducts numerous public seminars on wills, personal injury, family law, and immigration matters. In addition, Mr. Rahim provides, free of charge, legal advice and services, to those in genuine need of such. Currently, Mr. Rahim is a member of the Texas Bar, Fort Bend County Bar, and American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Rahim is authorized to practice law before the Supreme Court of Texas and all Immigration Courts throughout the United States and is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas.
Mr. Rahim speaks Urdu, Hindi, Gujrati and understands Punjabi, and Kachhi.
All compromise is based on give and take, but there can be no give and take on fundamentals. Any compromise on mere fundamentals is a surrender. For it is all give and no take.
